We ship orders within three business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number which you can use to track the delivery status.
If your package is missing, please check with the courier directly.
Any bottles that break within transit or if we sent the wrong item, we will gladly replace it! Please email us at email@example.com with a picture of the damage along with your order number, name and address and we will ship a replacement order within three business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope that you are delighted with your purchases, however, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, please reach out to us within 30-days of receiving your order and we will work hard to make it right.
We only accept returns of unopened product and a shipping fee of $8.45. If you received incorrect product, we will replace it with no additional charge and will send a return shipping label for incorrect items to be returned. To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
